## Setup

Customers complete a signup intake, and DaveryAI configures the Acerox agent for the customer's business. Setup is typically completed within 24 hours, depending on demand and intake completeness.

## Privacy and Data

Each customer receives a dedicated server environment. Customer data is not shared with other Acerox clients. By default, the agent does not access customer email, files, accounts, CRM, or other systems unless the customer explicitly connects or provides them.

Customers control what they share with the agent. During offboarding, Acerox provides a data export and wipes the server according to the offboarding process described in the service terms.

## Important Limits

Acerox is an AI system and can make mistakes. Customers should review work involving clients, legal/compliance matters, money, numbers, or other high-stakes decisions.

No service-level agreement or uptime guarantee is currently provided, though the service is designed for high availability and monitored operation.
